De’Aire Shannon is a Las Vegas native with over 30 years of experience in the Architectural Design Industry. Specializing in the design of high-end custom homes, his impeccable reputation precedes his name and his work can be seen in Las Vegas and Henderson prestigious areas such as MacDonald Highlands, Seven Hills and Summerlin.

De’Aire told his mother in the 8th grade that he wanted to be an Architect. He knew exactly what he wanted to become early in life. It is this same drive and passion that has continued throughout his career landing him jobs at some of the best Architectural firms in the business. After he completed college in Phoenix, Arizona, De’Aire worked for Richard Luke Architects for over 10 years. Later he took his talents to Pinnacle Architectural Studio working hand in hand with the founding owner. After Pinnacle, he worked for Blue Heron and advanced to become Manager of the Residential Design & Production team. He developed the architecture standards, drawing methods and trained new employees hired under his supervision. Not only was he a great manager but he also met with clients, signed design contracts and plans. Part of his success is that he stays in tune with all the latest and cutting-edge design trends and has developed many of his own.

De’Aire have seen the valley develop from old Las Vegas to what it is now and becoming. There is not too much he has not seen or could not solve. With the knowledge and experience he has gained over the years, he decided to start his own design firm. He is the owner and founder of Black Rock Custom Designs. His staff are experts in the trade and will deliver you High End quality designs and customer service like no other.
